That is easy, just order asparagus, let it grow, on the second year keep mulching with leaves or straw as the Asparagus Spears shoot through the soil just barely covering the tops of the spears. When you get a couple inches high, remove the mulch and you should have white tender delicious WHITE ASPARAGUS!
